When starting a meditation practice, it is good to create a ritual. Create a routine for your meditation. Like right after you wake-up or after you brush your teeth. This helps the practice just be part of your routine.
This month I am doing the gratitude meditation that is included in our Gratitude Stone and Sage Set. I light the tealight candle to set the mood or intention. I might even light the palo santo stick and have it burning during the meditation. I take the crystals from the pocket of rocks and hold them in my hand as I read the gratitude meditation. It only took me a couple of days of practicing this to remember the meditation and drop into the warm, fuzzy feeling of gratitude. This practice has helped me mange daily stress and anxiety.
