Try this movement to open the Throat Chakra.
· Start in any seated position.
· As you inhale pull your shoulders towards your neck.
· As you exhale let the shoulders fall.
· Repeat a few times.
· As your shoulders relax, slowly and gentle circle your head.
· Move in one direction than in the other.
