Think About Thanks

With Thanksgiving newly over I have been thinking more frequently about thankfulness. Every day I should look at my list of thanks. By doing this the Law of Attraction, which is the ability to attract into our lives whatever we are focusing on, should multiply the thanks. Easy right!

Whether we realize it or not, we are responsible for bringing both positive and negative influences into our lives. Being Thankful has many positive benefits! Studies have shown that gratitude boosts the immune system, lowers blood pressure and decreases depression.

By noticing and paying attention to the positives, it amplifies the pleasures we get from life and it makes the positives more powerful. When we acknowledge the good in life, we are creating positive emotions, like love, joy, peace, contentment….

Become a more thankful person by;

Every day, say out loud three good things that happened and three things you are thankful for

Keep a gratitude journal

Say thanks to your partner, and be sure to include thank you for

Thank yourself

Check for the silver lining

Change your perspective if you have difficulty finding things to be thankful for
